loonybait: Directed by Wes Ball based on the book by James Dashner, The Maze Runner lead character Thomas wakes up in an elevator and cannot remember his past. The elevator leads him to an area called The Glade, where teenage boys just like him have also had their memories wiped. Naturally, he’ll be on a search for how to get out. The casting of O’Brien follows in a long line of recent casting decisions by 20th Century Fox. Kaya Scodelario will play Teresa, Aml Ameen will play Alby, and Will Poulter will play Gally. The Maze Runner movie will open in theaters on Valentine’s Day 2014 (February 14th). We know this is a highly-anticipated project, and we’ll continue to keep an eye on it as more news surfaces! I simply gathered them up for my reference and anyone interested.
